Our Business
Is to have fun, learn and educate. We like to win top honors and we are quite frequently in the top ten in all class challenges. Occasionally we cater events as well as help with charity causes.
Since I and many of my team are firefighters, we will do fire station activities (which generally involve us cooking something).
And yes, I have cooked the Houston Rodeo, helping friends many years ago, and that is where I developed a passion for cooking competitively.
As a volunteer member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, serving on the BBQ Committee, I do not compete there.
